National Gallery of Art: guided tour of collection of 18th & 19th centuries French paintings


The Village will sponsor a guided tour of the National Gallery of Art c
ollection of eighteenth and nineteenth centuries French paintings on Monday, December 30, 12:30 - 3:30 pm.  The tour, led by one of the Gallery's expert docents, will explore the dramatic evolution of French art as it mirrored changes in French society during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.  The tour is open to Village members and non-members alike.

Please meet at Takoma Metro station platform (meet near entrance/exit to elevator on platform) promptly at 12:30 am.   If you would like to attend but are unable to travel by Metro, contact the host for other arrangements.
